When I founded HumanSecIQ, I wasn't trying to create another cybersecurity consulting firm. I was trying to answer a question I had encountered throughout my career: why do organizations invest so heavily in technology, yet still struggle with human-driven cybersecurity risk?

Whether I was studying mathematics, teaching, or working in cybersecurity, I kept returning to the same principle: meaningful improvement begins with understanding how a system works.

Organizations have become increasingly effective at measuring technical risk, but the human side of cybersecurity often remains difficult to see. Employee decisions, organizational culture, AI adoption, and everyday security practices all influence risk, yet they are rarely evaluated with the same structure as technical controls. That observation became the foundation for HumanSecIQ.

Our mission is to help organizations better understand the people behind cybersecurity. Through structured assessments, measurable insights, and practical recommendations, we help leadership identify where human risk exists, understand why it exists, and prioritize meaningful improvements.
